This research aims to analyze the workload distribution among employees at PT Sakti Mobile and its subsequent effect on their stress levels. By obtaining data on employee duration worked, responsibility completion rates, and self-reported stress, we intend to reveal correlations between workload intensity and employee mental health. The findings of
